Joseph comes with a great basketball resume. Few player of the years, some college experience and more. However, the other stuff about him is what makes him a great coach.
I got to know Joseph many years back as he was coaching his nieces basketball team. Always an outstanding guy and one you could count on. A few years later he and his wife Leah opened up Anchor Fitness in Batavia and I've watched it grow to great heights. Then his son Oliver following in dads footsteps is a great little athlete. So I knew I wanted Joseph on board with the program. Just a coach that understands that development really matters over wins and losses. If you develop correctly, you win anyways.
